Hi. I'm Matt.
I believe in the potential that we all have within ourselves to grow, develop and contribute to a better world. My passion and commitment is are focused on helping people be their best when it matters the most. I believe that we all have the ability and the right to live our best lives rather than just busy ones.
For almost nine years, I have travelled the world and spoken to and worked with over 70,000 youth, educators and adults on topics such as leadership, emotional intelligence, sustainable high performance, and personal development. To every one of these interactions I bring the energy to challenge audiences to live out the questions that drive their passion and curiosity, as well as the humility to listen to and learn from their experiences.
I am formerly the Executive Director of Youth Programs for the Institute for Health and Human Potential and the current Associate Director of Training and Development for North America’s largest youth-run charity and educational partner, Free The Children and the innovative social enterprise, Me to We.
I'm a ferocious reader and I love to take big ideas and turn them into action. I also enjoy watching people awkwardly run across the street when they think no one is watching.
