If you were to sit down, right now, and write yourself a letter, what would you tell yourself?
What things would you tell yourself that you need to start doing? What do you need to stop doing?
If you were to write a letter to yourself, would you be able to tell yourself the things you don't want to hear?
What lessons would you share with yourself right now? What are you learning?
If there was ever a time to do this, it's right now. Not tonight, not next week, not month from now. Right now.
Try it. Write yourself a letter. Tell yourself the things that you've been holding back. Don't hold anything back. No one is going to read this but you. What do you need to tell yourself. What do you need to know?
Write as though you're writing to your best friend (hopefully you are).
